How to submit letters to the editor, community news and business news to the Herald-Tribune

We have changed how community news is submitted. Please see below for details on how to submit Community News, Letters to the Editor and Business News.

COMMUNITY NEWS

Please make sure to include a contact name and telephone number. Be aware that submissions that include hi-resolution photos are much more likely to be posted online and appear in the print paper. We are unable to acknowledge or publish every submission we receive.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Letters must have the writer's name, full address and daytime phone number, and should be no longer than 200 words. We may condense letters and edit them for accuracy. Writers can have one published letter every 30 days. We are unable to acknowledge or publish every letter we receive. We no longer accept letters by postal mail.

BUSINESS NEWS

All business news – including Real Estate People, Business People, Grand Openings and Good Deeds – should include a contact name and telephone number. Please attach photos, when available. We are unable to acknowledge or publish every submission we receive.
